Returns<\/span><\/h3>\r\n

You have the right to return or exchange all or part of your order within 15 calendar days <\/b>from the date you receive it. The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

If the return is not made within 15 days then we may not accept it.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The products are returned by you exclusively<\/strong> with the transport courier that received them.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Transportation Costs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

  • In the event that the reason for the return is our fault, the entire amount paid by the customer is returned.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • In case the customer wishes to return his order without our fault, the return costs are deducted from the returned amount and amount to \u20ac5 <\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

    In the case of sending the products by courier, the costs are borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    In short, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

    • the return must be made within 15 days from the day of receipt<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • the product has not been used<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Shipping Note, Invoice, etc.)< \/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n
