Returns
You have the right to return or exchange all or part of your order within 15 calendar days from the date you receive it. The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt.
If the return is not made within 15 days then we may not accept it.
The products are returned by you exclusively with the transport courier that received them.
Transportation Costs
- In the event that the reason for the return is our fault, the entire amount paid by the customer is returned.
- In case the customer wishes to return his order without our fault, the return costs are deducted from the returned amount and amount to €5 .
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products.
Changes
In the case of sending the products by courier, the costs are borne by the customer.
In short, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
- the return must be made within 15 days from the day of receipt
- the product has not been used
the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Shipping Note, Invoice, etc.)< /span>
